Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases independently, from intake to resolution, with support as needed.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft documents, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court for hearings, all-parties conferences, and litigation matters.
- Consult with and advise clients, providing clear, effective guidance on legal issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to strategic planning.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term value.
- Attorney qualified to practice in Trinidad & Tobago with relevant experience (1-3 years preferred) in family law, land law, estate law, contract law, or civil litigation.
- Proven ability to conduct client consultations and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering high-quality client service.
