Christine St. Marie hails from the Commonwealth of Dominica and migrated to Trinidad in 2017 to pursue her legal education at the Hugh Wooding Law School.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice (Magna Cum Laude) from Monroe College. With over 15 years of experience as a journalist and seasoned media practitioner, Ms. St. Marie continues to lend her voice to social and legal issues through her writing.
A Certified Mediator, she is deeply passionate about human rights and is committed to advocating for the less fortunate and marginalized—particularly women and children.
In her spare time, Ms. St. Marie enjoys traveling, reading, fine dining, going to the movies, and spending time at the beach. She describes herself as spiritual, resilient, hardworking, and ambitious.
